September Challenges

Ok, if you didn't get my September newsletter, you probably haven't seen my latest challenges so here they are:

Firstly the Sketch Challenge -



The corners in this card are actually rounded, sorry the image isn't the best quality, I will try to get an example made to put up here as well.

and finally the Colour Challenge -



Use this picture to come up with a card (using similar colours as used in this photo). I love the colours used in this photo, as you all know my new favourite colour is Purely Pomegranate, so I will be giving this one a go. I can see Chocolate Chip, Basic Grey, Purely Pomegranate, Regal Rose and Whisper White, but I am sure that you can probably see a bunch of other colours, so see what you can create!!

Father's Day Frame

Just thought I would show you what I gave Peter for Fathers Day. I got this great idea from a very clever friend who is also an SU demonstrator, Sian, who made one of these for her husband as well, great idea Sian!!

Anyway, the plan was to have it made up before Fathers Day, but I actually needed Peters help, because you wouldn't believe it, Georgia was scared of the letters - what the!!! Anyway, we decided to put our beautiful puppy Jemma in the photos as well and she didn't mind the letters, I think the photos are gorgeous!

Here it is, let me know what you think! (sorry the photo isn't great, but you get the idea)

Challenge info!

Sorry all, the challenge post was entered in a hurry and I forgot to mention a few important details, like when are the entries due?? The due date will be the 24th of August, so plenty of time... The colours in the colour challenge are not specific, I thought I would make this one a little more interesting and see what you can all come up with, ie. make a card using the colours that you think are in the picture, these will no doubt vary making for some interesting results!! Any way have fun and good luck!!

Challenge time again!

Hi all, it's time again, here is my next lot of challenges....

and here is the colour challenge... My only addition to using these colours when making this card, is that you use at least one button (just to add a little extra challenge!)....
